New Mexico Supercomputing Challenge

2014 Expo and Awards Ceremony Registration

Monday, April 21st & Tuesday, April 22nd

 

All participants submitting a final report are invited to the Expo and Awards Ceremony at Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Note: Every team attending the Expo will be required to give a presentation not to exceed a half-hour on their work to a panel of judges on Monday, April 21st. A display board summarizing your work will be mandatory as well, and using a computer during your presentation is optional.

Hotel rooms in Los Alamos will be provided for all registrants who live more than 120 miles away on the evenings of Sunday, April 20th and Monday, April 21st.
Schools: Centennial, Cottonwood Valley, Down to Earth School, Grants, Las Cruces, Los Lunas, Melrose, Mesa Mid, Miyamura, Newcomb, Picacho Mid, Quemado, Red Mountain Mid, School of Dreams Acad, Socorro, White Sands

Hotel rooms in Los Alamos will be provided for those registrants who live between 60 and 120 miles of Los Alamos on Monday, April 21st.
Schools: Albuquerque Acad, Annunciation Catholic School, CEPi, Edgewood Mid, Jackson Mid, La Cueva, Manzano, Moriarty, Rio Rancho Cyber Academy, Saturday Sci & Math, St Pius X, Taos High, Taos Middle School

Schools expected to commute on Monday and Tuesday are:
Schools: Academy for Technology and the Classics, Aspen Elementary, Capital High, Capshaw Mid, Desert Academy, Los Alamos High, Los Alamos Mid, Mountain Elementary, New Mexico School for the Arts, The Masters Program

Please e-mail Consult1314 AT supercomputingchallenge.org if you will NOT be needing housing for one (or both) of these nights.

If your team plans to attend, please fill out and submit the form below by WEDNESDAY, APRIL 2nd — Make sure you register as a TEAM, not individually.

Note:Teams must submit a final report (also by Wednesday, April 2nd) in order to attend the Expo/Awards Ceremony

By registering to participate in the Expo and Awards Ceremony, you are agreeing to allow the Challenge to use photos and/or video in promotional materials about the Challenge.
