Final Report

Putting information into code has never had more importance for the average citizen as now with the widening use of the internet. Not only must governments and businesses have the information that they send over the net be secure, but ordinary citizens concerned about privacy also will also desire this capability. The aim is to produce a relatively secure hash, or code producing program, that will be easy for the ordinary net user to access. The finished product will be tested for security with standard code breaking techniques. This will require evaluating several kinds of hash and their relative effectiveness.
