Project Title: Mathematical Applications in the Determination of Orbits of Satellites

This project will calculate and predict the paths of satellites. This application is useful in predicting the paths of man-made satellites as well as explaining natural satellite systems.

The variables used will include escape velocities, terminal velocity, masses of the objects and associated gravitational attractions, distances from centers of gravity, and velocities of launched satellite systems. Due to the complexity of the calculations, number of variables, and multiple approaches, a computerized solution is appropriate.
