Project Title: World Trade Center Building Structure

Our team project has examined the structural integrity of the World Trade Center Buildings. We have conducted research on building structural models and focused on the metals that were used to support the main structure. We applied the structural models to the World Trade Center buildings. We used the computer model to predict the point of the World Trade Centers above which the severe damage would not have caused it to collapse. And researched all contributing factors involved in heat, temperature and friction such as
  1. steel and aluminum materials used to build the World Trade Center
  2. the foundation of the structure
  3. the impact of the two jetliners that hit the World Trade Center
  4. the Physics involved timeliness that involved the collapes of the World Trade Center.
