Credit for the Summer Teacher Institute (STI)

Our long time colleague, liason and supporter, Mike Topliff, at New Mexico Tech has arranged for two credits for STI.

If you want college credit for the class, Mike has made arrangements with the MST program at NMT.

To register for MST credit for the Supercomputing Challenge 2004

1. If you have not taken classes as a graduate student at NMT, please fill out the Special (non-degree seeking) Graduate Student Application. http://www.nmt.edu/~eodi/forms/nonDegreeSeeking-Graduate.pdf. This application requires no fees or transcripts.
2. Fill out your name, student id (use your birthdate or social security number if you do not yet have one), and sign the registration portion of this form (Registrationform+CCauthor_other.doc)
3. Fill out the payment portion of the form.
4. Fax or mail your paperwork to Marisa Wolfe at the number or address below.

5. Marisa will contact you with any problems. Otherwise, you will recieve a schedule/bill and receipt in the mail in about a week.
