Project Title: Minutemen

Minutemen, How They Affect Immigration.

Problem: What effect does the increase in minute men presence have on the influx of immigrants across the New Mexico border illegally, in regards to population growth in New Mexico?

Purpose: To predict what type of correlation exists between the presence of minute men and immigration into New Mexico.

POA:
1. Research: Number of minute men in action, number of immigration attempts made by foot daily, number of border patrol agents and frequency of patrols, and location of largest illegal immigration crossing.
2. Create a StarLogo model using the data acquired from research that illustrates immigration patterns in relation to the presence of minute men along the New Mexico border.
3. Analyze the model output data and compare it to previous year’s data on immigration.
