Proposal: Proposal for: Morgan Connor, Nick Coubal, Jesse Parce

Problem: Nuclear power plants are known to have lethal potential. There have only been a few accidents to demonstrate this. There are several instantaneous repercussions of a nuclear accident, mainly damage in the local area. but our project main goal is to map the long term problems.
Purpose: The after affects we plan to model are local destruction, fallout and spread there of, ground contamination. we plan to do this for each power plant in America.
Procedure: We so far plan to use C++, but no one in our group is well versed on the subject.
