Expo and Awards Ceremony
The end-of-year project Expo and Awards Ceremony will take place in Los Alamos April 23-24, 2018.
All participants submitting final reports by the first Wednesday in April are invited to the Expo and Awards Ceremony at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Note: Every team attending the Expo will be required to give a presentation not to exceed a half-hour on their work to a panel of judges on Monday, April 23rd. A display board summarizing your work will be mandatory as well, and using a computer during your presentation is optional.

- Hotel rooms in Los Alamos will be provided for all registrants who live more than 120 miles away on the evenings of Sunday, April 22nd and Monday, April 23rd.
Schools: Artesia, Gadsden, Los Lunas, Melrose, Mesa Mid, Portales, Rio Abajo, Ruidoso Mid, San Juan College High, YWiC - Hotel rooms in Los Alamos will be provided for those registrants who live between 60 and 120 miles of Los Alamos on Monday, April 23rd.
Schools: Freedom High, Jackson Mid, New Futures, Rio Rancho Cyber Acad, Sandia Prep, Saturday Sci & Math, South Valley Acad, South Valley High, STEM Excellence Acad, Taos High, Upward Bound - Schools expected to commute on Monday and Tuesday are:
