2023-2024 Dates and Deadlines of Events
Individuals Register: August 15 - September 20, 2023
Participant registrations should be completed in September.

Teams Form: September
Teams should form and register by September 30th.
Team Entry Authorization Form signature sheets should be filled out and brought to the Kickoff or they can be scanned in and emailed to consult@supercomputingchallenge.org or mailed to the address below. The registration fees ($40/student) can be paid via a check made out to the Supercomputing Challenge and brought to the Kickoff or mailed to the address below or submitted via PayPal (see the PayPal button on the registration page) or schools can submit a purchase order for the registration fees.

All teams attending the Supercomputing Challenge Kickoff Conference must submit a proposal online (on the Proposals page) prior to the Kickoff. Teams must also bring a hard-copy of this proposal with them to the conference. Remember, proposals are short and concise ~ no more than 250 words.
Kickoff
Kickoff Training Session in Socorro, New Mexico, at New Mexico Tech
Saturday, September 30, 2023 - Sunday, October 1, 2023, registration 9:00-11:30am Saturday morning in the Joseph Fidel Student Union building lobby, lunch at the cafeteria, Keynote and classes on Saturday afternoon, pizza party dinner followed by another Keynote and evening elective classes. Sunday morning classes, lunch and Keynote, departing NM Tech around 1:00 pm.
Proposals
Proposals should be submitted by the Kickoff. Remember, proposals are short and concise ~ no more than 250 words.
