Project Title:

CALCULATING THE DROP OF A PROJECTILE AT VARIOUS DISTANCES

Our Project is to find out how far a projectile of different weights will travel before it will hit the ground. The same gun will be used for every bullet shot, while the weights of the projectiles will be altered. The user will be able to enter the weight of the projectile and the distance to be measured. The results will show how much the projectile has dropped from the end of the barrel. In this program the distance to be entered will be broken up into 10 intervals ranging from 100 meters to 1000 meters.

We are using reloading manuals to find the weight of the projectiles because that is the only part that is fired off and to find what caliber the gun is.
