Space Trax

In our project this year we plan to create a program that will track satellite orbits using tle's (two line elements). The program will allow the user to choose one or more satellites, whether individually or by group, and view their orbits on a 3-D graph. The user will be able to pick the period of time of the orbit (minutes, days, months, years) and the amount of time in which they wish to see it (1 minute, 5 minutes, etc). We will be tracking the orbits of hundreds of satellites. We are trying to correspond with a few scientists to obtain equations for tle's at this point. We hope to make this a good project this year.
