The Problem:
The problem that is addressed is if a pattern can be seen in the decrease in the Mexican Owl, the Bald Eagle, the Yellow-Billed Cuckoo, and the Southwestern Willow Flycatcher populations, and the expansions of human cities over a coarse of time.

Purpose:
The purpose of this study is to illustrate how human expansion may affect local wildlife, and if there should be a negative effect to predict what may happen to the remaining parts of the animal’s population.

Plan of Action:
1. Research habitats, migration patterns, and current/past populations of all the endangered species listed in the problem statement.
2. Research one of the more populated counties in which they are found for history and events that may have affected the wildlife.
3. Research the expansion of a city within the county back 20years.
4. Research the change of the animal populations back 20years.
5. Compare the cities’ expansion with the animals’ populations’ change to find whether there is a pattern between the two or if events may have been the main problem.
6. If a pattern should be found predict what may happen to the animal populations 20years from now and create a program illustrating this pattern as acurately as the data allows.
