Project Title: Destitution
Destitution is an important issue to us because Destitution is a major problem on the Navajo Nation. Unemployment plays a key role.
There is a number of penniless stricken people on reservation. This has become a nuisance to the local residents as well the visitors who pass through. Therefore, we will attempt to give financial assistance and/or training opportunities to those less fortunate, other than the welfare system we now already have.
