Gambling Addiction Related to Personality

Gambling addiction is a growing problem threatening today’s society. This study will investigate personality traits of students who could consider themselves dependent on gambling. Using C++, we will create three simple gaming programs found in most casinos- Black Jack, Roulette, and Slots. In addition to having students model casino gambling, we will survey the participants of our experiment using a Compulsive Gamblers Questionnaire modified by us to fit our experiment population. By creating this program, we hope to further our and others understanding of gambling addiction and personality.
