Simulation of the mutations in the P53 gene.

Abstract: Our goal is to focus on a certain part of the P53 gene and find the rate at which it mutates. Our variables will depend on the different proteins and enzymes and misinterpretation of codon sequences.

We are going to start out with a small mathematical model using StarLogo. After figuring out the concepts interpreted graphically, we will in turn create a larger model using Java or C++.
