Area of Science: Emergency Preparation
Abstract: Our absract is based on emergency supplies. The emergenices consisting of evacuating to certain places in case of hurricanes or tornados. We would like to find out if it would be cheaper to have supplies ready at certain places, or just to transported there. We are going to have two buildings, one with the supplies there, along with the same building running out of supplies or going bad during waiting.The other building with them being transported in and perhaps not being able to find transportation or finding it cheap. These two buildings will have an equal amount of food in them and will be tested with a mathematical model several times before we can make our conclusion.
