Abstract: For our project we are creating a system for use in modeling molecules. The basic premise comes from the Valence Shell Electron Pair Repulsion(VSEPR) model, in which it is assumed that the electron pairs will simply be as far away from each other as possible. With this we hope to be able to model at least one macro molecule to actually see the capabilities or limitations of this system as compared to other existing systems. We will be researching the many methods for modeling large molecules and writing our own formulas to do the same.
