Purpose: The purpose of this project is to accurately model a volcanic eruption in different situations.

Problem Definition: The problem being addressed in this project is tp determine how eruptions will be effected by varying viscosity, different cooling rates, varying slopes of the volcano's side, different vent sizes, and weathering.
Plan of action: This project will go beyond what was accomplished last year by improving the star logo program from last year the team will advance it farther and make it more realistic by adding in new variables. By adding whether effect into the model it will show how this will affect the flow and rate of cooling for the lava. Putting in different vent (opening) sizes by forming a slider for wider and narrower vents will also help to depict different situations. The varying viscosity of the lava will also affect how fast the lava flows down the volcano and so it will need a slider for
