Modelling a Caste Society

Team: 23

School: BOSQUE SCHOOL

Area of Science: Genetics

Proposal: For hundreds of years, caste systems have existed in the world, both modern and ancient. We plan on modelling one of these caste societies. This model will incorporate the breeding patterns of a caste society, and exceptions of the individuals whom disobey the rules of society and breed outside of the caste, which we call a "Romeo and Juliet" scenario. We are building our model in StarLogo. Chris Vigil, a knowledgable history teacher from our school is helping us with our research in this year's long project.
