Proposal: Over the course of this challenge year, our team plans to determine what the rate of unemployment is now and what it will be in the future. This will help us know what the government needs to do in order to help it's people. We plan to do this by researching the topic and writing a program to help us determine what the unemployment rates will be in the future.
