Global Climate: Flood Detectors

The fact that some states, such as Florida, Texas, and California, are situated at an elevation that is lower than the national average makes these states more susceptible to flooding than other states. I am of the opinion that if we have the ability to take action to combat global warming, we should do so because it is possible that doing so could save the lives of a very large number of people. If we have the ability to do so, we should take action. The problem of global warming is a legitimate one that calls for a solution, in particular for the states that are immediately adjacent to the borders of the United States. I have some suggestions to make in regard to the process of freezing the glacier. We are in a position to ship the water that is found in close proximity to the city to a different part of the world.
