2012 Expo and Awards Ceremony Registration
Monday, April 23rd & Tuesday, April 24th
All participants submitting a final report
are invited to the Expo and Awards Ceremony
at Los Alamos National Laboratory.
Note: Every team attending the Expo will be required
to give a presentation not to exceed a half-hour on their work to a panel
of judges on Monday, April 23rd. A display
board summarizing your work will be mandatory as well, and using a
computer during your presentation is optional.
Hotel rooms in Los Alamos will be provided for all registrants who live
more than 120 miles away on the evenings of Sunday, April 22nd
and Monday, April 23rd.
Schools: Alamogordo, Artesia, Chaparral High, Down to Earth School, Grants,
Las Cruces, Melrose, Mesa Mid, Miyamura, Navajo Prep, Picacho, Quemado, Red Mountain Mid,
School of Dreams Acad, Zuni
Hotel rooms in Los Alamos will be provided for those registrants who
live between 60 and 120 miles of Los Alamos on Monday, April 23rd.

Jackson Mid, La Cueva, Manzano, Rio Rancho, Robertson, Sandia Prep, Saturday Sci & Math,
St. Pius X, Taos

If your team plans to attend, please fill out and submit the form below by
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 4th Make sure you register as
a TEAM, not individually.
Note:Teams must submit a final report (also by Wednesday,
April 4th) in order to attend the Expo/Awards Ceremony
By registering to participate in the Expo and Awards Ceremony, you
are agreeing to allow the Challenge to use photos and/or video in promotional
materials about the Challenge.
