Expo and Awards Ceremony

The end-of-year project Expo and Awards Ceremony will take place in Albuquerque April 29-30, 2019.

All participants submitting final reports by the first Wednesday in April are invited to the Expo and Awards Ceremony at UNM/CNM in Albuquerque.

Note: Every team attending the Expo will be required to give a presentation not to exceed a half-hour on their work to a panel of judges on Monday, April 29th. A display board summarizing your work will be mandatory as well, and using a computer during your presentation is optional.

• Hotel arrangements
• Hotel rooms at Drury Inn in Albuquerque will be provided for all registrants who live more than 120 miles away on the evenings of Sunday, April 28th and Monday, April 29th.
  Schools: Gadsden, Las Cruces, Melrose, Mesilla Valley, Portales, Shiprock, Taos.
• Hotel rooms at Marriott Courtyard in Albuquerque will be provided for those registrants who live between 50 and 120 miles of Albuquerque on Monday, April 29th.
  Schools: Academy for Technology & Classics, Barranca Mesa Elem, Capital High, Los Alamos High, Los Alamos Mid, NMSA, Sarracino Mid, Santa Fe High, Socorro High.
• Schools expected to commute on Monday and Tuesday are:
  Schools: Albuquerque High, Eldorado High, Jackson Mid, La Cueva, Los Lunas, Media Arts Charter School, NMT Upward Bound, Rio Rancho Cyber Academy, School of Dreams Academy, Technology Leadership High.
