Proposal:
Our project will help with the understanding of how soil is formed over time with different weathering affects. It will include the weather cycles and different seasons. We will be doing this project to explain and show the formation of soil.
The screen will show agents representing the original rocks and the soil that they can form. The model format will show sliders controlling the different ways of weathering including abrasion, freeze thaw, exfoliation, chemical, and mechanical weathering. These different weathering processes will break down the different types of rock agents to form the soil over time.
