Question: On a daily basis, the students of technology leadership high school have to drive through base traffic. Due to the traffic, students are late in the morning, and also have trouble leaving the school. The team wants to look into how the base can alleviate the traffic. They can do this by talking to people who must go on base for work, find the optimal gate to leave from and why it is the best, and then coming up with a way to help the traffic flow.

Results: By doing this the team will help suggest a way to help people coming and going from the base and surrounding businesses. The team will use data collected to find different ways to help traffic.

Plan: This project is extremely relevant to the community because it will help people get where they need to be safely. They will do this by finding different ways to get people to obey traffic laws and regulations such as adding speed bumps or more stop lights. The team will use netlogo to demonstrate their ideas on how to fix the issues. The team will collect data by observing the traffic problems on the road by driving in the traffic and watching at each base entrance.
