How to Counter Invasive Fish Species

Proposal: Problem:
Can selective breeding of native fish be used to combat invasive fish species.

Purpose of Project:
Invasive fish such as the Snakehead Fish can be very real problems. They can dismantle entire ecosystems due to the fact that they have no natural predator when introduced into a different environment. But selective fish breeding could help combat this issue.

Plan of Action:
I will program a simulation of a natural habitat for fish. In this simulation, you will selectively breed fish to counter invasive fish species. I believe I will find a type of fish that is capable of countering the invasive fish species, while not becoming an invasive fish species itself. To show my results I can document and record what fish I bred and what happened when it was released into the environment.
