8:00 The previously announced finalists will give 25 minute
presentations to Finalist judges between 8:00 and 12:30
at Los Alamos Research Park building
Everyone else will give set up their posters and give their
presentations to Expo judges at preassigned half-an-hour
time slots between 8:00 and 11:50 in the Learning Center of
the Los Alamos Research Park building (across the street from the Los Alamos National Laboratory
After their presentations, teams will be able to take tours
11:30 Lunch
12:30 Expo judges caucus
1:00 Expo judges announce additional finalists
1:30-4:00 Expo finalists make 25 minute presentations to Finalist judges
1:00-5:00 Tours
Students and teachers vote for best project, technical poster,
and logo during lunch or the tours.
5:00-7:00 Dinner reception at the Bradbury Science Museum
