Expo and Awards Ceremony

The end-of-year project Expo and Awards Ceremony will take place on April 24th and April 25th in Los Alamos.

All participants submitting final reports by April 5th are invited to the Expo and Awards Ceremony in Los Alamos

Note: Every team participating in the Expo will be required to give a presentation not to exceed a half-hour on their work to a panel of judges on Monday, April 24th. A scientific poster summarizing your work will be mandatory as well, and using a computer during your presentation is optional.

Directions/Housing/Parking

• Hotel arrangements
• Hotel rooms at Comfort Inn in Los Alamos will be provided for all registrants who live more than 120 miles away on the evenings of Sunday, April 23rd and Monday, April 24th.
  Schools: Harrison Mid, Justice Code, Melrose High, Tucumcari High
• Hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites in White Rock will be provided for those registrants who live between 50 and 120 miles from Los Alamos on Monday, April 24th.
  Schools: Cleveland, La Cueva, Media Arts Charter School, NMSA, Sandia Prep, Santa Fe Prep, St. Thomas Aquinas, Taos, and Truman
• Schools expected to commute on Monday and Tuesday are:
  Schools: ATC, Capital High, Los Alamos High, Monte del Sol, Santa Fe High
