Math Comp-sci Art!

Proposal: For this project, I propose to create math and art simulations that teach math using Processing. I would like to make something that does not need outside input and helps the user learn something about math/art. I am thinking about making an interactive app in Android studio and importing Processing code. My project can be structured as a video game, where certain levels are different parts of a math topic(such as fractals, geometry, or number theory). Last year I worked on a project that teaches an art and math lesson, and I would like to continue with similar ideas, except without having the user need words or input aside from the app.

After making the app, I want to have people who do not know certain parts of math to try my app and answer survey questions about how effective they thought it was, and if it helped them learn a math topic. I think it's really interesting how people do not necessarily need words or direct communication to learn, and I want to test if certain math concepts can be learned effectively with comp-sci. Last year I felt like I could have had more people decide whether or not teaching math through Processing simulations was effective, and I feel like making an app would make it easier.
