Expo and Awards Ceremony

The end-of-year project Expo and Awards Ceremony will take place on April 29th and April 30th in Los Alamos.

All participants submitting final reports by April 10th are invited to the Expo and Awards Ceremony in Los Alamos

Note: Every team participating in the Expo will be required to give a presentation not to exceed a half-hour on their work to a panel of judges on Monday, April 29th. A scientific poster summarizing your work will be mandatory as well, and using a computer during your presentation is optional.

Directions to the Hotels, Expo, and Awards Ceremony
Hotel arrangements
- Hotel rooms at Comfort Inn in Los Alamos will be provided for all registrants who live more than 120 miles away on the evenings of Sunday, April 28th and Monday, April 29th.
  Schools: Tucumcari High
- Hotel rooms at the Comfort Inn in Los Alamos will be provided for all registrants who live between 50 and 120 miles from Los Alamos on Monday, April 29th.
  Schools: Albuquerque Academy, V. Sue Cleveland, Harrison Mid, Justice Code, La Cueva, McKinley Mid, New Futures, NM Academy for the Media Arts, St. Thomas Aquinas, and Truman
- Schools expected to commute on Monday and Tuesday are:
  Schools: ATC, Capital High, Los Alamos High, Los Alamos Mid, Monte del Sol, NMSA, Santa Fe Prep

Awards Ceremony

The Awards Ceremony was held at 10:00-11:30 on Tuesday, April 30th, at the auditorium of the Church of Christ, 2323 Diamond Drive in Los Alamos.
