25-26 Expo and Awards Ceremony

The end-of-year project Expo and Awards Ceremony will take place on April 20th and April 21st in Los Alamos.

All participants submitting final reports by April 1st are invited to the Expo and Awards Ceremony in Los Alamos

Note: Every team participating in the Expo will be required to give a presentation not to exceed a half-hour on their work to a panel of judges on Monday, April 20th. A scientific poster summarizing your work will be mandatory as well, and using a computer during your presentation is optional.

  • Hotel rooms at Wingate by Wyndhom in Los Alamos will be provided for all registrants on Monday, April 20th.
     
  • Schools expected to commute on Monday and Tuesday are:
