Laptop use at the Expo

If you are planning to bring a laptop computer with you to present your project to the Finalist or Expo Judges, please follow these directions.

1. Download the 1897 Controlled Article Authorization Form and read it.
2. Make sure you can answer Yes to each of the four questions.
3. In Section 1, fill in your name as the computer owner and your email address.
4. In Section 2, fill in the Make and Model or Serial Number.
5. Sign your name in the box labeled Requestor's Signature and add the date. By doing that, you agree that you have read the last sentence, above the Requestor's Signature.
6. EMAIL the completed form to David Kratzer (dhk at lanl.gov) or fax it to him at 505-667-0168.
7. When you arrive at the Library/Study Center on Monday morning the 23rd, pick up your copy of the form and keep it with your computer.
