Proposal: How much can we save our computer lab using solar?
Our project idea is to make a program that calculates the savings we would receive using solar power. It would calculate how much energy we would save. Our computer lab has 46 computers that are always on, all using a large amount of power. We would be able to redirect these savings into our lab and to increase overall productivity. We would also be encouraging other schools to switch their computer labs over to solar powered computer labs and to utilize their savings to improve upon their program. Our intentions are to create more technologically adept students driving out education into the future in a new way.
